Doctor Eric Berg has some great information about adrenal fatigue, which I’ve talked about before. But he also talks about Iodine deficiency. Remember iodine deficiency can be related to thyroid problems, weight problems, sluggishness, brain fog, depression, fatigue, menstrual issues, cancer, fibro-cysts, prostate issues and of course tongue issues like beefy tongue, and scalloped tongue.
